Tarun Prajapati APRN, FNP, EMT-P

Tarun is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before his nurse practitioner career, his extensive background includes emergency medical services, critical care nursing, and critical care flight nursing. Tarun is dedicated to building trusting relationships and providing the most positive experiences for his patients, through his genuine bedside manner and ability to listen in a caring, compassionate and nonjudgmental way. He is passionate about making healthcare accessible to everyone. EZ Healthcare embodies his passion for bridging the gaps in access to care and making healthcare available for everyone. He aims to combine his emergency service skills as a paramedic and clinical skills as a nurse practitioner to deliver fast, quality, and convenient care to you at comfort of your home. 

Tarun graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and later earned his graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Lewis University. Outside of nursing, Tarun enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, and providing emergency medical services at the local firehouse. Tarun is available for urgent sick calls and scheduled appointments at EZ Healthcare.

Michael Castaneda APRN, FNP

Michael is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. He received his undergraduate and graduate degree from Northern Illinois University and Lewis University respectively. Michael is affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Michael has career interest in primary care and was previously providing care to patients at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital as well as at an outpatient medical office. He recently transitioned to a specialty role within a national healthcare practice that focuses on cardiology. 

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. They often attend local events in their community. Michael also enjoys cooking.
